Shipping Policy
‍Think Ink Printing offers free ground shipping to all 48 states in the Continental United States (additional shipping for AK and HI). Your credit card will be charged upon ordering the custom printed items, unless prior arrangements have been made. Once printing has been completed, usually between 2 and 7 business days, the product will either be shipped or made available for client pick-up.

Refund Policy
Think Ink Printing provides customized printing for our clients. Since printing is a product that is made to order, we can not accept returns on items that have been printed. We will be glad to reprint any products that have defects in workmanship or fail to meet an industry standard in quality. If the client wishes to cancel an order in progress that has not begun the printing process, the client may request a refund, less any time Think Ink Printing has spent on design work billed at $50 per hour with a $25 minimum charge.
